“And he brought back all the goods, and also brought again his brother Lot, and his goods and the women also, and the people.” Genesis 14:16

Beloved, now is the season to awaken from your slumber. It is the season to shake off the garment of weakness and defeat and arise to who you are. You belong to a lineage of the mighty. You have great might and strength in your spiritual DNA. You are a seed of Abraham and you have an inheritance in Christ Jesus. Acknowledge whom you are, understand the strength and might you carry, unlock it and begin to frustrate the works of the enemy.

You see, Abraham our father of faith was a mighty man. From our memory verse and further study today, you will see how Abraham single-handedly, with his home trained servants, went to fight four mighty kings with their soldiers. In one night, he completely dispossessed them of all the people and goods they had taken captive, including Lot his nephew. This was 318 men against thousands of men generated by four mighty kings. Abraham and his men stood no chance it seemed. What he was attempting was a suicide mission. It was foolhardy of Abraham to even go up against them without human and material instruments of war. Well it would have seemed that he was blinded by his quest to recover his brother Lot and so he rushed out without thinking it through. No! This wasn’t the case. Abraham didn’t let his being outnumbered become a determining factor to his being victorious. Rather, he moved in the strength of the God who called him out of his father’s land into a strange land and told him that he would posses that land. He moved in the might of His all powerful God. His faith gave him supernatural might so that he was able to conquer and defeat the mighty men of his time and spread fear into the hearts of those who heard about him.

Beloved, just like Abraham, you need to stop being fearfully and begin to walk in the consciousness of the might you have by faith in Christ Jesus. You belong to the lineage of the mighty. In doing this, don’t forget that giving your Firstfruit is a sign to God that you are ready for His blessings in your life this year.

Admission gotten
I had difficulty gaining admission into higher institution. I wrote JAMB severally but I couldn’t gain admission due to one issue or the other. During the last intake, I was in church during an anointing service. I received the anointing with the expectation of admission. To the glory of God, when the names came out, mine was in the merit list. To God be all the glory.
