“You will show me the path of life; in your presence is fullness of joy, at your right hand there are pleasures forevermore.” Psalm 16:11

Beloved, for the next couple of days, we shall see the benefits of praising God. One major benefit is its ability to enable you to enter and dwell in His presence. The psalmist referred to this fact in psalm 100:4; “Enter His gates with thanksgiving and His courts with praise.” Meanwhile from our memory verse today, see also that in God’s presence lies fullness of Joy. Halleluiah! Yes fullness of Joy! That is all the joy needed to defeat your enemies. The devil doesn’t like joyful Christians; he doesn’t like Christians that are living a life of praise. This is because these are the overcoming Christians, the ones that all his attacks and afflictions never hit. You see, you can’t be in God’s presence and the enemy comes in to afflict you. Psalm 9:2-3 makes it clearer; “I will be glad and rejoice in thee: I will sing praise to thy name, O thou most High. When mine enemies are turned back, they shall fall and perish at thy presence.” Amen! The book of Isaiah 12:3 also says, “Therefore with joy will you draw water from the wells of salvation.”

Beloved, joy is the only way to draw forth your salvation packages from the heavenlies into your life. Joy is like a bucket, a tipper, a 1000 litre tank, and so on. The level of your joy determines your capacity to collect or receive from God. This is why the devil keeps Christians down with depression, fear, worry, anxiety and every other joy killer. Create a perpetual presence of the Lord around you by living a life of praise.

2 Samuel 6:16, 21-22, Psalm 9:1-30

Deliverance from insanity
I want to thank God for delivering my son from the snare of household enemy. After answering a phone call one day, my son lost his sanity. He didn’t recognize anybody where he was with my sister at Abuja, and even cancelled his VISA that he has been processing for years. He even refused going to church. I heard daddy’s voice over the radio and I came to service with his picture. During the service, daddy mentioned my son’s case and prayed for him. Later that day, to my surprise, my sister called and told me that my son is sane again, has been asking when next to go to church and has started talking about his VISA. Praise God!

3. Every evil eye looking into my family, be blinded now in Jesus name!
4. Every projected sickness and affliction in my life, OUT of my life and back to your sender now in Jesus name!
5. Things that will cause us to praise God will continually happen in my life and family in Jesus name.
