For the thing which I greatly feared is come upon me, and that which I was afraid of is come unto me. Job 3:25

Job was a great man who loved God in his time. He was the richest man in the east and was declared by God as a righteous man, but he lived his life in fear of calamity. This informed his actions; every time his children had an occasion, he would offer sacrifice in propitiation for any sin they must have committed knowingly or unknowingly. Little did he know that there was a hedge around him set up by God. It had to take God’s permission for the hedge to go off. Even though the permission had been given, what actually gave the enemy access into Job’s life was fear. Calamity came upon him not just because God wanted to try him but also because he greatly feared.

Beloved, does this season remind you of past occurrences? Do you remember that in this season, certain negative things happened in your life, family, and finances? Does that set you in unease thinking, ‘will it happen again?’ once these thoughts get a hold of you, you are finished. Those things you fear will surely come upon you. You need to resist that spirit of fear and send it packing from your mind and your life.

In about 366 places in the scripture, God said “fear not”. This goes for everyday and every season. What you are afraid of is not real. Stand your ground and resist the enemy. That evil will not re-occur again. “Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.” (James 4:7). He will not just go, he will flee! Shout a big AMEN if you believe! The insecurity all over the States and Nations of the world notwithstanding, God has a hedge around you and your family that keeps you safe from evil . you have absolutely no reason to fear.
Job 1-3, James 4:3-7

Healed of pain
For over two weeks, I couldn’t lift my left hand up. I heard daddy’s voice over the radio so I stopped everything I was doing and listened. When he was praying for the sick, I placed my hand on the radio set by faith. God healed me. I can now lift my hand up without any pain. Praise God!
