“Restore unto me the Joy of thy salvation, and uphold me with thy free spirit.” Psalm 51:12
Jesus came to bridge the gap that sin caused between God and man. He came to reconcile us back to God. Accepting Him as the Lord and Bishop of your life doesn’t end in just that confession and the simple prayer you made when you answered altar call. You received a grace that is to enable you and strengthen you to be able to live above sin. Live the sin-free life. Sin is the last joy killer we will handle in this series. Sin separates you from the presence of God. Remember that in His presence, there is fullness of Joy, meaning that outside His presence, there is famine of joy.
The “greasy grace” teaching that is widespread now is an enemy of true gospel. Grace is not present in our lives to cover our sin but rather to enable us to be free from sin. In Romans 6:1, Apostle Paul asked a question, “What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound?” and he answered in verse 2, “God forbid. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein?” Beloved, don’t be fooled because it is with holiness that you will see God. (Romans 12:14). You can’t keep nailing Jesus to the cross by living in sin and deluding yourself that every sin you will commit both now and forever has been forgiven. Yes the mercy of God has done that through Christ Jesus, but yet the same word says that “sin shall not have dominion over you” (Romans 6:14). If you are under grace, then you should not continue to sin. It is only those who live under law that can sin. When you yield to unclean thoughts and seductive teachings, you will falter. God is light, there is no darkness in Him, and you are created in His image, therefore you are light. The assignment now is to be transformed into whom are to be, that is being Christ-like, by the renewing of our minds.

Healed of heart problem
I suffered heart problem and took several drug but nothing worked. I was listening to daddy on radio one night and he gave a word about someone suffering from heart problem. I placed my hand on the radio as he prayed. Since that day, I have not experienced the heart pains and symptoms again. Praise God!
