“And they overcame him by the blood of the lamb, and by the word of their testimony,” Revelations 12:11a
Beloved, the blood of Jesus is the ground for our victory, but the Word of our testimony or our confession is what enforces and drives home our victory. You can only walk in the light of what you know. The word of God can only become a reality as we confess it. The blood victory and the confession of your victory is what perfects your triumph in Christ Jesus.
If you confess something with your mouth, it reacts upon your heart or your spirit. Remember, your confession becomes your reality. That is why even at the point of salvation, after you believed the Lord Jesus as your savior, you had to confess Him with your mouth to receive salvation (Romans 10:9-10). Your confession of faith lines you up to receive, gives you your place in Christ and establishes your dominion.
Believers are people of great confession. We are like our Father. We say “Let there be”, and it becomes; we call those things that be not as though they were. Beloved, you cannot be silent. Until the mountains hear you speak, they won’t move. Jesus said, “Say unto the mountain…” By your confession, you are saved or lost, sick or healthy, weak or strong. He said, “You shall have whatsoever you say.” (Mark 11:23). You have to say it to see it. Jesus was always saying things. If you look through the gospel, He was always telling us who He is and speaking what would happen. He said things like, ‘I am the bread of life’, ‘the Spirit of the Lord is upon me’, ‘I am the way, the truth and the life’, and so on. The truth is if you don’t say or confess who you are, you will remain where you are. The world and forces don’t know about your Sonship rights or that you defeated them. You are the one to say it, confess it or declare it and when the blood of Jesus mixes with the revelation of your testimony or confession, your victory is sure.
You are what you believe in your heart and confess with your lips. If you don’t know who you are, what will you declare or confess? If you don’t know what to confess, how can you pray aright? In this month of victory, you must get your heart in line with your confession to see positive results. Believe the word and confess it in any situation you find yourself in.

Healed of paralysis
For some time, my mother complained that she was feeling numbness on one side of her body. Before we knew it, that side started getting paralyzed. One night, as we listened to daddy’s preaching over the radio, he declared that anybody who was feeling any kind of sickness in the body should touch the radio. My mother touched the radio with faith and daddy prayed. That was the end of the problem. She is totally healed now. Praise God!
